These Terms govern your use of the Amplify Era website and any guide you buy from us. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy the guide.
Amplify Era is a brand operated by Shudhanshu Bahal, based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. All references to "we", "us" or "Amplify Era" in these Terms mean Shudhanshu Bahal trading as Amplify Era.
We sell digital guides and templates in PDF and Excel format. Our main guide is "21 Din Plan: AI se Local Business ki Website Banao aur Pehla Client Lao" (PDF, 190 pages, ₹299). Optional add-on products offered at checkout or after purchase are: 100 AI Website Prompts Pack (₹149), Client Acquisition Toolkit (₹499) and Website Pricing, Quotation aur Invoice Templates (₹199). There is no physical shipping. Files are delivered by email after payment.

Specifically, the "21 Din Plan" guide teaches how to use AI tools to build websites for local businesses and how to find, pitch and serve clients. It does not promise any specific income, number of clients, earnings per hour, or career outcome. Numbers, prices and targets in the guide (including any monthly-target calculation) are illustrative examples only. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, such as your effort, your market, your timing, and the choices you make. By buying the guide, you accept that you alone are responsible for the actions you take after reading it.
Tax, GST and legal information in the guide is basic general information, not professional advice. Please confirm with a Chartered Accountant or lawyer for your own case. Tool names, plans and free limits mentioned in the guide can change; please check each tool's official page.
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the files have been delivered to you. Please read the guide's page and description carefully before you buy.
We will, however, fix or refund the following cases:
To request this, email shudhanshubahal65@gmail.com within 7 days of the purchase with your name, email and order reference. If approved, the refund is sent to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it. If a payment failed but money was debited, it is normally returned automatically by your bank or the payment provider as per their timelines. You can cancel before paying by simply not completing the checkout.
You agree to provide accurate information when buying or contacting us, and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to disrupt the site, or attempt to access it without authorisation.
The brand "Amplify Era", the website design, the text and structure of the guides, and all related logos and graphics are owned by Shudhanshu Bahal. The licence in section 4 above is the only right you receive to use the guide content.
The guides and the website are provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the guide, including but not limited to lost income, lost opportunities, or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect when the latest change took effect. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or connected with these Terms, the website, or a purchase from Amplify Era will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gurgaon, Haryana.
