This page explains what information Amplify Era collects when you visit this website or buy a guide, what we do with it, and what we never do with it. We keep it short on purpose.
Amplify Era is operated by Shudhanshu Bahal, based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. For any privacy-related question, write to shudhanshubahal65@gmail.com.
When you buy a guide or contact us, we collect only the information needed to deliver the product or reply to you:
We do not collect your address, your date of birth, your Aadhaar or PAN, or any government ID. We do not run tracking pixels of our own beyond what our payment and website providers run as part of their standard service.
Payments are handled entirely by third-party payment providers (such as Cashfree or Razorpay, depending on the checkout shown to you). Card numbers, UPI handles, net-banking logins and any other payment details are entered on the payment provider's own page — not on ours — and are governed by that provider's privacy policy. We receive only the outcome of the payment (success or failure), the amount paid, and a transaction reference.
We do not use your email to send you marketing newsletters. We do not have a newsletter.
Our website and payment provider may use basic cookies or local storage to keep you signed in, remember your cart, or prevent fraud. These are functional, not advertising cookies. You can clear them from your browser at any time.
You can ask us at any time to confirm what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it (except where we are required by law to keep order records). Write to shudhanshubahal65@gmail.com and we will action it within 15 working days.
We keep order records for at least 8 years, as required by the Income Tax Act, 1961 and applicable GST law. After that, records are deleted.
If we update this policy, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change is material, we will also mention it on this page for a short period.
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.
